The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. The weight, reps, distance and times you type are read by a script on the page you already have open, and the result is written back to that same page. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere, and nothing you enter is stored — close the tab or hit refresh and it's gone.

There are no accounts on this site, so there is nothing to sign up for and no profile attached to anything you calculate.

Until recently this site loaded nothing from anyone else. That is no longer true, and this page says so rather than leaving the old wording in place. Every page now loads Google AdSense's script from Google's servers, so the site can be reviewed for advertising. No ad units are placed on any page yet.

Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology to serve and measure ads, including ads based on your prior visits to this site and to other sites. What is collected through that script, and what Google does with it, is governed by Google rather than by this site. Google explains it in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Personalized advertising can be turned off at Google's ad settings, and the cookie and tracking controls already built into your browser apply here as they do on any other site.

What has not changed is worth stating precisely. The calculators still run entirely in your browser: the weight, reps, distance and times you type are not sent to Google, not sent to this site, and not stored anywhere. The condensed headline typeface is still a font file served from this site rather than fetched from a font host. There is no separate analytics product in use — no Google Analytics — though the AdSense script above does its own measurement for advertising purposes. Apart from that script, a page loads only its stylesheet, that font, its images and its calculator code, all from this site.

Like any site, liftandpace.com is served by a web host, and that host handles the request your browser makes for a page as an ordinary part of delivering it. That happens at the network level and is separate from anything you type into a calculator, which never leaves your browser to begin with.

Writing to either address on the contact page is the one way to send anything to this site. Mail that arrives there is read and used to reply, and for nothing else: it is not added to a list, not used for marketing, and not passed to anyone.

This page is updated whenever what the site loads or collects changes, as it was when the advertising script went in. If an analytics product or anything else third-party is ever added, it will be named here too.
