Two addresses, depending on what you're writing about.

Questions, calculator feedback and corrections — contact@liftandpace.com. A number that looks wrong, a formula you think is misapplied, a broken page. If you're reporting a result that doesn't add up, say what you entered and what came out: that is usually enough to reproduce it.

Advertising, sponsorship, affiliate and club partnerships — partnerships@liftandpace.com. Anything commercial belongs here rather than at the general address.

Before writing about a result, it is worth reading what the page already shows you, because every calculator prints its own working. The 1RM calculator gives the Epley and Brzycki estimates side by side with the weight and reps behind them. The running pace, marathon pace and swim pace calculators each list the distance, time and pace they solved from, and build their splits off the unrounded figure. The race time predictor states the race you entered, the ratio to the distance being predicted, and the formula applied. The VO2max calculator names the method and the numbers fed into it, the heart rate zone calculator says whether it used Karvonen or a percentage of maximum, and the calories calculator shows the speed, the oxygen cost and the per-minute rate behind the total.

The about page covers where each formula comes from, and the disclaimer covers what an estimate can and cannot tell you.
